House rules:

- check-in time: from 14:00 (2 PM); in case of arriving later than 22:00 (10 PM), contact us ahead of time )
- check-out time: till 10:00 AM (later check-out possible only after prior consultation )

Payment:
- cash payment in Euro only
- the prices do not include recreational tax: 1 €/person/day (children up to the age of 10 are not charged)
- children up to the age of 3, without own bed, are free of charge

- family pets' accommodation is possible after prior consultation for 5 €
- in case of reservation for 1 night only, there is an extra charge of 5 €/person

Cancellation Policy:
- we require a deposit at the time of reservation
- when canceling the reservation 20 days in advance there is no charge
- when canceling the reservation 10 days in advance there is a charge of 50% of the price of accommodation
- when canceling on the date of the reservation or terminating the stay, there is a charge of 100% of the price of accommodation

Nové ubytovanie, priestranné izby, každá ma svoje špeciálne výhody, zariadenie je dôkladne premyslené a nápadité. Deti boli veľmi spokojné s možnosťami ihriska a wellness. Možnosti v penzióne sú za každého počasia. A najviac veľmi ústretoví majitelia i celý personál. Odporúčame a určite sa radi vrátime.
